The MF-boat idea was born the summer 2009 during the Nordic Folkboat National Swedish Championship in Marstrand, north of Gothenburg. Why not make a ”mini-folkboat”, a daysailer based on the folkboat concept: a classic sailboat that everybody will know at the first glance.  The result can be seen on this website.  Under this main headline you can read more about the concept, plus a lot of other information under the different headlines.
